✿ SHIPPING  

ADDRESS & CHANGING IT?

Please double check your address before placing an order! I do NOT replace mail that is lost due to an incorrect address on the customers part, so PLEASE double check that your address is correct! 

If your package is returned to me it will only be reshipped if you repay for shipping. I will let you know if I've received a return to sender envelope back. 

If the address is incorrect due to me putting it incorrectly I WILL replace the mail and reship it!

If you need to change an address you can email me at (emcatlang@yahoo.com) as long as I have NOT shipped it. 

If your mail has already been shipped it cannot be changed. If it does somehow make its way back to me you will have to re-pay for shipping for it to be resent. 

UNTRACKED VS TRACKED SHIPPING

If you do not wish to risk your mail getting lost you can pay for Tracked Shipping for Stickers/Prints. If you do choose Tracked Shipping for Stickers/Prints you will pay $4.00 which covers the cost of the label and the white rigid mailers the products will be mailed in. You will however automatically be charged a shipping price for Enamel Pins/Bumper Stickers and be sent the tracking number. If you choose non-tracked shipping your Stickers/Prints will be in a White 5 x 7" envelope or a Brown 4 x 6" envelope with a stamp!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

KEEP IN MIND ORDERS ARE PACKED WITHIN 5 TO 7 DAYS OF ORDERING. PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 WEEKS FOR U.S ORDERS AND 6-8+ WEEKS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS  AFTER THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN SENT OUT. 

Usually your order will arrive in 1-2 weeks for US orders and 4-6+ weeks for international, but USPS has been seeing delays in deliveries because of Covid-19 so please estimate 1 to 2 weeks extra for delivery. If you haven't received your order within the timeframe listed above, feel free to email me with your order number to Emcatlang@yahoo.com and I will see what I can do!

WHERE ARE YOU BASED/IS LOCAL DELIVERY POSSIBLE?

I am based in Lowell, Ohio, in the United States. 

I can offer Local Delivery in the following Areas: Lowell, Devola,  Marietta, and Reno in Ohio and Williamstown in West Virginia.

 

MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED/MISSING, WHAT DO I DO?

For damaged mail please email me upon receiving your package within 24 hours to show me pictures and such of both the box, envelope, mailer the product/s arrived in along with the product/s so I can deduct from there and see what I can do. 

Please do not email me after a week to a year saying something is damaged as I will not replace it just because of daily and improper use. 

For missing mail: Once the product is sent, what happens to it is fully out of our control and in the hands of the USPS/postal services. There will be no refund/replacement sent for lost mail unless it is at the fault of us (such as we wrote an incorrect address) OR there was insurance on your package. 

If your mail getting lost is a concern, your best course of action is to choose the highest cost shipping method offered to you-which will insure there is insurance on your mail. How to do this: Any orders with a mix of items that require tracking and tracking optional things will only give you one shipping option ($4.50 USD domestic/$13-17 USD International) and those are insured by default. If you order only flat things (stickers and prints) or only non-flat items (enamel pins), you'll be given a choice of untracked, tracked, or tracked with insurance, By placing an order with UNTRACKED or TRACKED (no insurance) you understand and accept the risk it could get lost. If your mail is lost and you paid for tracking with insurance, then contact me ASAP I can file a claim for you to receive a refund. 

If you think something is lost I would not be concerned until two months have passed (4-6 for international customers) as with the pandemic, supply shortage, trucker shortage, USPS is especially slow. 

If your order was tracked and:

  • The tracking still says USPS awaiting item:
    • Since I'm mailing orders every few days, it's possible I've printed the label to pack your order, and just haven't mailed it yet!
    • It's also possible that USPS received it, and isn't scanning it for whatever reason, which does happen sometimes. I would recommend keeping an eye on the tracking because it could be scanned later down the line- but it also might show up having not been scanned at all.
    • It's also possible that USPS has lost the mail. As far as I know there isn't much that can be done in this situation- there are lost mail forms you can try, or try to get in touch with your local post office about it, if you didn't choose a shipping with insurance.
  • The tracking says it was delivered but I don't have it
    • Sometimes they mark it as delivered a day or two before it should be! Keep an eye out, and it will likely turn up in a day or two
    • It's also possible they delivered it in a strange place, it might be unlikely but it still wouldn't hurt to check any place you've had mail show up before (mailbox, front door, driveway, etc.)
    • If a few days pass and you still don't have it, go to your local post office! If it wasn't delivered, it's likely in their possession and they can help you out. I have zero control over what your delivery person does, so if this happens they can help you more than I can. 
    • I have also had customers pick up their mail and place it somewhere and keep stacking mail on it forgetting about it until they sort through it a couple weeks later. So talk to any household person that may collect mail for you or go through your mail pile (I know we all have one)!

If your order was untracked and it's been over two to six months:

  • It's very possible that your address was incorrect, in which case it might be returned back to me. If that's the case, I'll resend it for you if you pay for shipping again. If it doesn't return back to me, you'll have to reorder it unfortunately. A LOT of people input their address wrong so this is usually the cause of issue.
  • If that ISN'T the case, while it could show up eventually, it's likely that USPS has lost your mail. In that case, I unfortunately cannot offer a replacement/refund as mentioned above.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY? 

I am currently not shipping to any countries except for the United States and Canada here on my shop. If you are in another part of the world please go check out my Etsy. While it does not have everything listed it will be a bit more friendly with pricing in regards to shipping as well as having VAT mostly set up! 

 

CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

I don't currently accept returns or exchanges. If you have a problem with your order, feel free to reach out to me!

✿ SALES/DISCOUNTS ✿

There will be times where I may offer sales and when I do they will either automatically be put on the products during those sales or I will have the code available all through the website if it needs to be typed in. 
Sales will most likely take part during Holidays (Christmas/Winter Holidays, Shop Anniversaries, or My birthday). 

✿ PRODUCTS/PACKAGING ✿

CAN I RECYLE YOUR PACKAGING?

I try my best to purchase packaging that can be reused or recycled! My mailers are from EcoEnclose which means it can be recycled or reused. Typically my orders are small enough I can ship them in plain envelopes though. Most orders will come with a plastic sleeve to protect them from the weather along with the envelope but those plastic sleeves can be REUSED! I'll be looking into using Glassine Baggies soon! 

WHY DO SOME PRODUCTS HAVE 'B-GRADE' OR 'C-GRADE'? 

Often when you manufacture a product, some come back with flaws whether it's from a mistake or from shipping damages. These products still work fine and would be a shame to see them thrown away so I sell them at a discounted price. The order of the grades go from A to C. A-Grades being the best possible look or with very little/non-noticeable mistakes, B-Grades being more noticeable but still not super, C-Grades are super noticeable and may affect how one looks at the product but all Grades will still be functionable when sold.  

WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING THIS PRODUCT?

If I were to run out of any products I would immediately go to order more from my manufacturer especially if they are popular products so they should always be restocked. But If I don't see a product doing well and I sell out there's a big chance it will not be restocked. So if you like something grab it while you can!

ARE YOUR STICKERS WATER RESISTANT?

All of my stickers should be UV Resistant and Weatherproof for a few years after purchase the only ones that are not are "The original Rat Clown Sticker" & "Ladybug in a Raincoat"

I CAN'T FIND A CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Check your spam folder! A lot of the time mail will end up there if you don't frequently use/visit the website you are ordering or subscribed too.
