Where are you based/is local pick-up possible?
I'm based in Marietta, Ohio, in the United States
I offer local pick-up/delivery in the following areas: Lowell, Devola, Marietta, & Reno in Ohio and Williamston in West Virginia.
When will you send my order?
The order processing time will always be in the announcement section of the home page. As of now processing is 1-5 days for flat mail and up to 1-2 weeks for bulkier mail (bubble mailers/boxes).
When will my order arrive?
Your order can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks for US mail and 4-6+ weeks for international, but USPS has been seeing delays in deliveries because of Covid-19, Holiday Backup, and Flu Season. Please estimate 1 to 2 weeks extra for your delivery to arrive. If you haven't received your order within the timeframe listed above, feel free to email me with your order number to emcatlang@yahoo.com and I will see what I can do!
Do you ship to my country?
If you are a UK/EU customer please refer to my ETSY to make a purchase if you wish for the VAT to be included in the pricing. If a UK/EU customer chooses to purchase from my store front please realize you will pay any VAT/Fee yourself upon the package arrival to customs.
Due to the new LUDIC policy in Germany I will not be shipping to Germany.
If a country happens to have mail suspended I will still receive your order and package it but I will have it set aside and communicate with you of when I can send it to you.
I ship to almost every single country but please email me if you do not see your country available for shipping!
If you do not see your country on here, please check the USPS website to see if your country has any shipping restrictions. If not, feel free to email me and I'll add it to the list!
Can I return/exchange my order?
I don't currently accept returns or exchanges. If you have a problem with your order feel free to reach out to me or read through the damaged or Incorrect Item FAQ right below this to see if it answers your question.
My package is Damaged or Incorrect Upon Arrival?
If an item from your order arrived in a damaged state, or you received the wrong item, we will be happy to look into it and help! To ensure accurate and speedy assistance on the issue, please complete the following steps:
1. Take at least one photo of the item. In the case of DAMAGE, please take a photo of a) the damaged item(s), b) the exterior mailer packaging, and c) the interior mailer packaging. Make sure the photograph is well-lit. If the photo is grainy or dark, we may be obligated to request a new photo.
2. Send the photo(s) to our customer service inbox, emcatlang@yahoo.com, and include your full name, order number, and written description of the issue.
Once we read your e-mail, we will then work with you on a resolution, whether it be a refund, replacement, or instructions on how to easily fix the problem (ex: creased hat on ita bag). In the case of DAMAGE, we will file an insurance claim through USPS if it qualifies.
In some instances, we may require that the Customer sends us back the defective or incorrect item. If this is requested, Customer will not be responsible for any costs associated with the exchange or reshipment and instead will receive a new tracking label to send back to us.
Will you make a TikTok video packing my order?
Since I'm still a smaller business I would love to pack your order on TikTok if you wish for that to happen you can leave a note in the special instruction area before you check out. The same goes with if you DO NOT want me to pack the order on TikTok. Right now I automatically film almost all orders so I have content to post! :)
When do any sales/discounts happen?
I usually have sales around 2x to 3x a year! Usually for Holidays, Shop Anniversaries, or Online conventions.
I'll be discounting my ita bags on December 1st, 2022 for my 2 year shop anniversary. <3
Are your stickers water resistant/waterproof/weatherproof?
All info regarding a product will be in the products description of each listing. So make sure to double check but for the most part almost all of my stickers are weatherproof except a few!
Can I recycle your packaging?
I try my best to purchase packaging that can be reused or recycled! My mailers are from Eco Enclose which means it can be recycled or reused. Typically my orders are small enough I can ship them in a plain envelope though which is not recyclable. Most orders will come with a recyclable glassine bag to protect them from the weather when in an envelop.
Will you be restocking this product?
If I were to run out of any products I would immediately go to order more from my manufacturer especially if they are popular products so they should always be restocked.
If I don't see a product doing well and I sell out of it there's a big chance it will not be restocked. So if you like something grab it while you can!
The only reason I won't be restocking certain items is because they don't sell well or because they were a one time thing for now. I have a section dedicated to "Last Chance Items" in my shop.
I can't find a confirmation email?
Check your spam folder! A lot of time mail will end up there if you don't frequently use/visit the website you are ordering or subscribed too.
